At the risk of sounding a little too bold, we do believe we have the answers that will improve your communication and productivity. But don't worry if you feel like you don't quite “get it” yet. We use analogies, metaphors, visuals, anything we can think of to help you “get the message.” For instance, think about your thumbprint:

In the same way that each of us have a unique thumbprint, we each have a unique "cultural print." A person's cultural print is made up of more than their nationality, ethnicity, gender, age, etc. It also includes their work style, education, religion, job status, communication pattern, and more. So, when you think about it that way: there are 6.7 billion cultures on the planet.
